Obby Posted August 4, 2003 Posted August 4, 2003 They lost my gosh darn'did tires. Son's of Bee's. New Metzler's MEZ4's front and rear (sorry, no Avon's here. Way to wet on here is SF). After several promises for a redelivery, the general manager admits to losing my new tires. I said, "How can you lose a set of f'ing motorcycle tires? Look around Man! They have to be there somewhere! He said, "Sorry, we lost them". Great! :cry: I had a ride planned and everything. The good side is that the folks at http://www.discountmotorcycletire.com were cool, and will ship another set ASAP. Hopefully the new set will make it here in time. Just had to vent. -Obby Quote
Mikey Posted August 4, 2003 Posted August 4, 2003 Just out of curiosity: I've seen multiple posts that have this basic message "can't go for my ride, tires not here". Why are you people waiting until the last minute to replace your tires? Don't you people work in a safety margin? A just in case value? Like order the tires while you still have tread to drive on.
