titoportugal Posted February 23, 2005 Posted February 23, 2005 I guys Just got my PCII for my Bird. Right now i have the original map. My bike is running stock with just K&N filter. I cant find at the web site any map like "Sock with K&N" Does this mean the orignal map covers the K&N mod? Also i would like to learn more about the maps. Can you tell me were can i find information to read about it? Regards Quote
Redbird Posted February 23, 2005 Posted February 23, 2005 http://www.powercommander.com/ A lot of the maps for specific exhausts are listed for use with "stock or aftermarket airfilter", so I don't think the K&N all by itself is going to require any special mapping. Quote
XX4me Posted February 24, 2005 Posted February 24, 2005 Try to find a Dyno with an air fuel meter and make your own. I seen dyno sheets from different XXs and they vary somewhat. You'll get the best HP and fuel economy if you make your own. Quote
