Bump for a great bike at a great price!

Congratulations - I would consider it a major achievment to own a home at the age of 22! A friend once told me "buy the least expensive house (what you can afford) in the most expensive neighborhood you can find". I have always thought that good advice - chances are you will have better neighbors who take care of their homes, thus increasing the value of your home. As Dave said, a small house is good - it is affordable AND easy to keep clean which leaves more time for riding. I love the driveway!

Congratulations - I hope she loves her FZ6 as much as I love mine (2005 model). The only suggestion I have is replace the stock seat! Other than that I have put 3,000 miles on my bike so far this year and love every second of it. There is a FZ6 forum as well where you can get a lot of good info (fz6-forum.com). It's not quite as much fun as this forum but you may want to post there about the lowering brackets and drum up some business.
