Previous discussion debunking soy and estrogen/testosterone:

New info on dairy milk and this problem (on top of what we knew came from beef):

Within an hour of drinking dairy milk, blood levels of the estrogen estrone in men go up and testosterone goes down.

I have been using unsweetened soy milk for the last several years for my Vegan protein shakes and cereal once in awhile.  I believe it has helped my Chrohns go into remission and stay there without medication.  No man boobs to report.

About the only dairy I have been using (except when eating out when they add cheese to things) is half and half in my coffee.  Wasn't worried about the dairy part but didn't need the fat.   I picked up some Silk almond coffee creamer Tuesday, not super impressed but useable.  I'll keep searching to see what I can find.

Because he said so. That doctor is a militant veterinarian. 😁

Anyway, please continue. Your War on Dairy.

There are vast differences between them, so try others.  Some even taste better than cow juice to some people.  I prefer the coconut stuff, and I've never liked the taste of milk.  So to me it's better.  Moriah prefers cow juice, but it fucks up her digestion.  It took me decades to realize, that like many people (most?) I have a low-level persistent digestion problem with dairy.  It's impossible to know until you do an elimination, and realize what changes happen.

I love that one, but Moriah likes to make foam/latte and says it's not as foamy.

Unfortunately I can find nowhere around me that has it and I don't want to buy a half dozen at a time like Amazon sells them.

First of all, why they call all those soy, almond, etc. drinks a milk? To foul people?  Second, quality of dairy varies. I would not touch Walmart, Sam's Club 1 gallon milk in plastic container under any circumstances. Same for their cottage cheese, "Greek" yogurt, etc.  They taste like shit and God only knows what is in it, chemicals, antibiotics, etc.

Now, soy drinks, etc. Read the label before buying. Many of them are loaded with sugar like there would be no tomorrow. Some are sugar free.
