I simply yanked the negative from the aux that was attached to the main battery. Now that aux battery is there but not doing anything. Pulled the 42 fuse which powers all the goodies when the engine is in stall mode. Now the jeep runs like every other car out there with 1 battery and no auto start stop present. 
 

GTG!  Most everyone was a huge help

to get it figured out.

If the start/stop thing were more intelligent it would be worth the extra stuff and expense, but the way they work it seems to be mostly a waste of money.

 My 2023 and 2024 Lexus had the start stop feature. Not a single 2025 Lexus has it.

Well duh, I'm not retarded.  But yea, in those conditions keeping then charged is important.
