I've read a few horror stories of people asking for mulch/chippings and coming home to a mountain of crap dumped in their yard.  I'm guessing that's much less likely to happen with something like this because the dumper would probably be removed from the service.

Yes, and be sure to specify “mulch” versus “wood chips.”  They are not the same.
