SwampNut Posted May 28 Posted May 28 I had posted some other related findings before, now gone. This is super clear. I'm able to get this data because I normally eat differently, so the days with standard American diet garbage are easy stand-outs. I can certainly feel the sodium in my joints, but this is an objective measure to correlate it. Joint pain will disrupt sleep, duh. I have two food tags related to this. "High sodium" is obvious, right? Normally I have very low sodium intake. "Junk" is the standard American diet such as fatty meat, fried foods, dairy. This specific alert was triggered by having a Cornish pasty a few days ago, which while delicious, is obviously junk food and so fucking salty. Quote
