So it seems. And that the vicious cycle of then being too tired to stay up until a normal circadian low is unrelated to being up too early and/or biphasic sleep problems. I'm going to add this here, good as any place I guess. Magnesium glycinate and L-theanine is a new thing I'm trying on a trusted recommendation, and the sleep tracker just told me that it has seen a 17% improvement in overall sleep quality on nights I use it. They seem to have no downside. https://a.co/d/0dUKss6e https://a.co/d/0efaBCf7 1 Quote

CALCXX Posted May 18 Posted May 18 Soon, your yearly checkup is your chance to correct this. Insist on the real sleep study. Quote

Zero Knievel Posted May 19 Author Posted May 19 On a side note, I asked the doctor about why my left side of my face and sometimes my left arm feels "off" since that night where I had a loss of equilibrium and vomited. The MRI was normal, but he said that stroke events don't always leave damage that a MRI will detect, but the affected neurons do alter your perception. There was a time when a bad migraine got you in to a neurologist right away...now you wait for an appointment. Quote
