It is the bags....My bike always wobbles between 20 and 50 with the rear rack on....I think Joe experienced the same.

Good point ! I actually ordered all new OEM shit from Ayers to replace the stuff....That metal piece, the 2 black washers and the metal clip...Still doesn't feel right.

My problem is the inside of the bar tube. Did you have to take the stock insides out ? Do those use expansion rubber?

Are the DBL XX's ends 7/8 ?

Is there any alternative to the stock bar ends ? I want to switch from the throttle meister to the NEP. I saw Big Boys this weekend and is seems MUCH easier to deal with. Replacing the inside of the bar ends with OEM shit is very difficult. Does anyone know of an alternative ? Does anyone run with the rubber plugs that expand ? Any ideas for an alternative to the inside of the stock clipons to hold the bar end tight ? Thanks. P.S. I will be selling my throttlemeister soon....Polished standard set ! Purchased for something like $130 bucks.

We've been saying that since the day you registered ! It's a mistake anyone but me could make ! Don't feel bad..if I had done that...I'd either have to BLOW JOE to get him to come back to my house....or pay the dealer to look at it so he could laugh and tell me that he FLUX CAPACITOR was dead and I need a new engine...and that he can give me a special deal of $6,499 for it...INSTALLED ! P.S....I am the stupidest person on the planet by the way....please don't take the one think that has kept me going this long in life.

Ron Ayers has the sockets for 6 and change.....but they won't have them for you by the weekend. Who the fuck needs them so quickly anyway ?

The 100 Watt bulbs definetly overheated the entire unit and the little black thingy that attaches to the bulb on the low beam is burnt and partially melted. One of the little connectors inside the black bulb thingy was rusted. I replaced the black thing that goes on the bulb but when I connect the plug to the back of the bulb...the light still doesn't work. But when I put my hand up on the back of the plug and wiggle it...it turns on. Then I wiggle it and it turns off. I was able to get it to stay on...but I am afraid that once I hit a bump...Off it goes. Should I wait until it goes off again....or should I replace anything else ? I put 55W bulbs back in.
