I am not sure about BIRD SPECIFIC...I just called SW Moto and ordered the correct size.

Dave: Just put them on my bike about 300 miles ago..... Stickie enough for me. I was looking for longevity......I want to get 8 to 10K out of them. I like them so far !

Oh yeah....I broke the little black plastic pin that prevents the left clip on cluster from spinning the last time I used the Canyon. The cluster was 60 or 80 bucks.....from Ayers.

Pulled the grips off, too close to the tank, fucked the meister up, bar end spins now and it bother me (left end)....IMO The straps on the lower tree gives me more peace of mind.

Used the Canyon once and never again ! I now use straps from the lower fork clamp...No worries !

I guess your obvious GUESS is as good as mine. :?: John: I got some info that the RK GXW was the newest chain out and was heavy duty. I was told that it currently had the longest life..and gold. But according to jimsuckmyass...the DID is MUCH better :roll:

Shit....I swear people last year were telling me that the DID ZVM were not for my bike ???? Joe...do I have a ZVM ? Do they make ZVM in GOLD ??? I may have the VM ?

Go look at the DID web site....the ZVM is rates to 1000 cc's I think !

Bought a D.I.D. Gold ZVM last year.....Joe put it on for me (You rock, rock !). THEN people told me the D.I.D. Gold ZVM was NOT rated for 1157CC's. I rode on it all year last year....but I am always nervous about it since the manufacturer doesn't rate it for the bird. I paid 110 for the DID gold ZVM. I am listing it in the F/S section. My question...I bought the NEW Heavy Duty RK GOLD XW-ring chain right after people said not to use the DID. Supposed to last a LONG LONG time. The dealer wants 125 to put it on ???? Circle Cycle said 40 minutes labor....or 50 bucks. Should I go for the dealer, or is he ripping me off as usual ? Thanks !

He is full of crap. I know a guy that literally got the WHOLE BIKE DONE....it was like 3500. I think you did VERY well ! I know people that paid 500 for the RIMS alone. Bike looks, fucking great...Be happy !
