All of it is in a backup file which is not restorable (it's actually a text file, you can open it and read it). Someone with better database skills could probably make it usable. Tweety had said he might be able to when he's not so busy.

I don't know how the backup for these sorts of forums are made but here is an idea; what if you make a backup of this current one, can you restore it back? If so, why not direct to the old backup file (by manually exchanging the file names) ? Just kind of fooling it to think that it's restoring from the backup file this current forum created(?). Unless of course the backup file is corrupted...
