Just remember to make the chocolate with Stevia instead of sugar.

Carlos,
Do you always use Stevia instead of Splenda or NutraSweet?

Nearly always. No aftertaste. Though on the downside it has zero flavor at all, totally neutral sweetness. That's kinda weird with some things.

I prefer the Mealworm Fried Rice.

I had a prof in college who promoted insect recipes. He served us cookies made from a special flour. The "flour"' is made from blended, dried honey bees. People didn't think anything of it, and he couldn't get a rise out of the students. So he started laying some wings and legs on the top. That did it!

It cracks me up that people don't know there are insects in nearly everything they eat. There are rodents in cane sugar--guarantee it (my dad used to run a sugar processing facility--he's got some stories to make you swear off sugar!). What's even funnier is the vegetarians who buy organic no-pesticide products are eating MORE meat/insects since they didn't use pesticides to drive them off.
I saw a couple of lesbians carefully reading sugar labels in a supermarket a couple weeks ago, trying to decide which product was more green/organic/PC than the others. They were talking about being vegetarians. So I butted in and explained to them that organic sugar is full of rat carcasses and why. Loved the look on their faces. Bahahahahaha.
