What lines or can I block off a couple of lines to take one caliper off the front to reduce weight...I don't want to de-link I just want to remove the right side caliper and block off the appropriate lines...

Take it you don't want to stop either then  You can't just disconnect/block an odd line and keep the CBS they're all interconnected. You don't want to de-link? so if it is possible you want just the 4 instead of 6 pots on a single rotor :???: It's an accident waiting to happen

If you want less weight, buy a different bike. Drastically reducing your braking on a (still heavy) bike this fast....my bet is you'll regret it. When was the last time you rode anything with a standard single front disk?
Disappointing after being used to one finger stopping power.

Less weight? Don't eat for a couple days. You will save money on food and will have taken off more weight than the caliper.

I thnk you need to ask yourself is the three pound weight savings worth the increased stopping distance? You may be a risk to yourself and others. If you want to save the equivalent in weight, take out the Honda tool kit....it's not like they break down.

Great Day!
