Make sure they get it right the first time cause their
"returned goods authorization" SUCKS!!

As a return customer, "never again"!!!

I had a very long post about this before the board crashed.

Here it is in Summary:
[1] Ordered Part
[2] Cancelled Order
[3] They shipped it anyway (3) weeks later.
[4] They charged my card.
[5] I refused the shipment on THEIR request.
[6] 6 to 8 calls later (and 3 months), the credit finally showed up on my card.

NEVER AGAIN!!

TBR has a bad attitude. They blame the customer for everything first, then make you prove they sent the wrong part or it was incorrectly made. The only reason I'd ever do business with them is to get the X-Metal cans for a Ti model (perfect match). Otherwise just buy from one of the easier-to-deal with vendors.

That's why it's better to go through a Two-Bros dealer. Like your local honda dealer or private shop. We have way more pull and can get things don easier.
