Keith
I have two 256 MB DDR memory sticks that I took out of my wife's PC during a memory
upgrade. I'm not sure of the speed, but this is the part number; you should be able to get
all the information with it:

MT8VDDT3264AG-40BG5
PC3200U-30331-Z

I doubt that these would be useful to anyone, but if someone can use them, they are yours
for the cost of shipping. JLMK.

Probably not. They are DIMMs; I expect your Blackberry takes SODIMs or smaller.

Whoops, I should have posted it this way:

And Keith's reply wasn't in the same vein?

Save it for the apocalypse.

I have an old 386 PC in the basement...just in case. It'll be worth it's weight in gold after the EMPs go off. icon_biggrin.gif

I've got a 80286...

I also have two strips of 256MB if anyone wants them. Came out of a DEll desktop.
