Took a old Seca on trade today. Kinda rough, and evidence it was a track bike at some point (fully safety wired, catch bottle on the overflows). Clean title, does run but needs carb clean. $800 plus tax/DMV if you are in VA.

The turbo Seca was a different model....another one of the bikes built to get around the Reagan/Harley tariff on large displacement bikes. It was a full fairing bike reminescent of the Aprilia Futura, just 20 years earlier.

That makes more sense, I remember looking at one while in college and it had a full fairing.

Those are aftermarket fairings. I always thought the 600's were called Bandits, not Seca's. Silly me.

Bandits are Suzuki
The Seca(750) was like the CB750
The Seca II was the 600 and a little more sport style than standard style.
