I wanted a 2nd helmet for days I didn't want to wear a helmet with the whole bluetooth set up inside. I got one of these HJC's and I love it. Just as nice, comfortable, and quiet as my Shoei Multitec at half the price. MSRP$289 but available all day long for $199 new on eBay.
