OK guys, just don't ride her anymore. Hurts the wife's back, time, etc.

I am asking $4200 for the bike as it sits. New battery and rear tire, needs oil change and tags. 13,219 miles. Bought new from dealer in '05, always garaged or covered.

It's a great price, but the market is crap. I found that out earlier this winter when I sold a bike. Spring is getting closer, hopefully that'll turn things around a bit.
