I got these when I cleaned out Dad's shop several years ago. He was an electrical genius with many, many patents to his name in the agribusiness. I have no idea of thier worth, and don't really care to give them for shipping to someone that has a real use for them if the value is negligible. However, if somebody says, "Golly, those are worth $100 on Ebay", then come on, cut me a little of the action.
First realistic proposal gets them. Thanks!

Uh, they probably are worth a lot more sold individually. Most hobby electronics techs will probably already have a stash. I suppose you could individually bag each type of resistor and sell them off. You would get more that way, but it would be a pain in the butt. I don't have much use for them, since I usually need capacitors, diodes, logic and the like. I could throw them in my shop and store them there till I need them. I priced these carbon film resistors and the ones still in manufacture are going for about .02 a piece. A full box would cost about $20 in parts. I could part with that, plus the cost of shipping, but I really think most of them will just sit in my workshop, unused.

Then, do you want them, or what? Since they have essentially no value, PM me your address and I will ship them to you no charge if you can use them. Just be sure to whistle "From the Halls of Montezuma" every time you use one. That would make Dad happy.

And if they bail on you, I'll give them a home and send you $50 for your trouble.
