How does the 08 differ from the 07?

If they're both owned by Dave, the 07 has about 4 more miles on the clock.

Reason I ask is because a neighbor has a red 07 with 3.5 miles that he's asking $3,800 for. He bought it last fall and wants to move it now. If 07 and 08's were the same I was thinking of buying it.
