What are the sizes for the rear axle nuts for chain adjustment?

Off the top of my head - 19mm for the bolt head, 24mm for the nut. The chain adjuster bolts are 8mm.

Torque on the nut is 80 ft/lbs.

You sure about that Matt? I could swear mine was 68 or 69 ft. lbs. by spec in manual....???

IIRC, my favorite movie is Momento. But I'm not sure about that.
