John is the man! I purchased a cruise from him, and he shipped it immediately. I never recieved it, and he shipped another asap! Totally sucks that the usps got off with some of John's product, but is a total testament to the kind of gentleman you are dealing with! BTW:Awesome price on a damn fine product! Thanks John!
