On my project XX bike, I suspected the clutch rattle was a bit excessive. It was; here's why.

A little JB Weld and it will be good as new...
Nice, light weight. :] Must have made the clutch a little weak too.
It's a multi plate clutch dontcha know 
That'll buff right out.

I didn't know Honda had hired Kawasaki to build its clutch packs?
