Just wanted to know if anyone has done an side by side comparison ? I believe the RR cams have longer lobe durantion, & the bird could pick up a few ponies with the swap. The 2 engines are so close a like it seems they might interchange.

Also might be able to adjust rev-limiter higher with pcII to make more power above the XX redline ?

Finding the cams would probably be another story since the 954RR were only made for 2 years 2002-2003.

Are the journals even the same size, at the same spacing?? I immagine the 954 engine is quite a bit more narrow than the XX engine...

Dont know Ive never compared the 2, probobly right about the spacing since the piston diameter is smaller 75mm VS 79mm the head is probable narrower....... was just a thought
