I took on a project at the request of my delightful pillion for more leg room..... no complaints I had an idea to help her,
adapt the previously described lowered rider pegs as described by joe here
http://pub59.ezboard.com/fcbr1100xxownerso...picID=415.topic

So I got the pegs, Super Pole V-360 K Pegs -Silver 60 bucks,

machined them with an angle grinder to fit the slightly narrower rear bracket

Sorry folks all the links are broken from Yahoo they worked for a day??
But view them here

Made some packing shims from washers and fitted them to make tight

They did the job lowered the peg height by about 1 inch

the finished event.....

The project was a nice job the pegs are fixed in position they do not retract but can be easily unbolted with quick allen key action.

However ...... she didnt like how they looked !!!!!
.............the bird went back to stock.

Check the FOR SALE section thats where they are now, home made Shims and and all !!

(they could also still be fitted in riders location with a small washer for a shim.)
