I installed a Corbin Gunfighter and Lady saddle on mine recently. All I can say is that I was a fool for waiting to do so. The difference is night and day, and having just come from a 790mile trip (one way), I can honestly say my backside was not an issue. The seat is worth every penny spent...and there were quite a few pennies! I can recommend it without reservation!

+1 Same here, gunfighter & lady on my XX, Corbin smuggler on the VFR800, both are excellent! My VFR800 came with a Sargent which is not even close to the Corbin in my mind. Just got a Corbin for the Busa too!

I sell all of these.
The first and last upgrade your seat, the second one sells complete seats without sacrificing your old seat.

Buying a seat from Europe makes a lot of sense or should I say a lot of dollars for someone !

There a few good options here within the States.

Got a used one from Mechanix. Stock seat was uncomfortable for rides > 100 miles. The Corbin feels like a board when you first get on it, then not another thought about it for the duration of the ride. If you can't get a new one, then put a saved search in on eBay, and grab one there.
