Just purchased a used set of stainless dual port blueflames for my 03'. The install was going fine until it came time to mount the bolt used to secure the mid pipe to the bike. I have the pipe pushed as far forward as it will go but the mounting hole is off by as much as a 1/4 inch. I tried securing the clamp a little tighter than the norm in an attempt to keep the mid from rotating but no such luck. I considered riding it this way until I saw how close the welded portion of the mid pipe actually gets to the chain, believing nothing good could result from the chain and the mid meeting under throttle I've decided to put off my ride until I've found a solution. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Enlarge the hole in the mounting tab, or use a smaller bolt, or relocate the mid pipe mounting tab by MIG welding, There must be many options to fix this.
