Got some heated grips, where is everyone installing the toggle switch?

Motor Psycho
I fabricated a small plate that is held by the ignition cover screws and rides right in front of the upper triple clamp. On that plate I also have my voltmeter and another switch that turns on the fan.

I flush mounted mine on the plastic pannel right under the left handle bar.

I put mine on the right side on the plastic panel:

I didn't do the install on mine, but the guy before me put it under the instrument cluster. It's a small switch. I suppose it's a good location. Not easy to get to, but you really don't need to adjust the High/Low/Off position when riding, and if you do, so long as you're on a straight stretch, you can get to it while in motion.

not enough room, but it looks as though it will fit between your avatar's boobies ( if she will sit still ) icon_twisted.gif

Thanks everyone, Zero do you have a pic of the switch under the instrument cluster?

Correct!

I put mine on the same part as zer0netgain but on the left side. I don't have to release throttle and don't need to look where my hand goe! Heated grip is a really good (a must) thing to have! Putting it under the instrument cluster is more dangerous. Access is more restricted.
