That's why Forrest (XX4me) has a signature that says "friends don't let friends buy Hahn turbo kits" because he also had to fab a bracket to hold up the turbo, off of an engine bolt, because the Hahn header kept cracking, no matter how many times he welded it...

I have had many small problems with the " HAHN KIT". That beiing said I will say that with a little common sense, and a few resources this is a fairly easy endevour to persue.

Very few people had much good to say, and very little useful information to share.

I am extremely pleased with the preformance and drivabilty that I have been able to acheive with this kit, I have made many changes and I beleive my install to be a far better completion than if I had stuck to the instructions. Hahn could have improved their kit and enhanced the tech support, but do remember that the CBR1100XX is no longer offered for sale here in the USA. Lets face it, Hahn is a commercial endevour, not many CBR1100XX owners have or are willing to spend the money for this kind of kit.

I have had 3 birds a 1997, 99 and now my 2001 and I always wanted to do this.

My bike will be dyno tuned at Mr. Turbo late january and I will post my results.

I posted this response to encourage any one that may want to do this kind of MOD to DO IT:)

I am a professional aircraft mechanic with many years experience in many many different power plant applications and am an AVID Honda Moto head:) and I am up for anything that will put an XX in front of a KAW or SUZ violent053.gif

Thanks to XX4me for the tips on tuning and install.
