Yikes, Sorry folks I'm half blind and it looked like the XX to me.

you Indiana guys are on it. Must have won MNF last night.

The XX was probably included in that patent as "prior art". Evidently there are some similarities between it and the patent application for that bike, so it showed up in your search. I believe that is due to a "tag" of some sort in the USPTO archives.
