I have an old Craftsman leaf blower sitting in my shop. It is one of those hand held 205 MPH 2 stroke jobs. Think it would do the trick??? It is black, and I could get probably 20 minutes out of a tank. Would it hurt to run it full throttle even when the bike is idling?
Any ideas?

I dunno but this just seems like a bad idea? Nothing really to add cause I just dont know.

Realistically, is the CFM more than the XX engine by itself? I like the idea of an internal combustion engine being used to compress air for another internal combustion engine. It's kinda sick and wrong.

do some research on the 'net... IIRC, they flow quite a bit of air, but aren't built "tight" enough around the turbine to make much in the way of boost... Maybe a few hp?
And since it won't make much boost at all, it probably won't hurt to have it WOT while the engine isn't, but it may not stay running...

Mike's right. Unrestricted airflow is great but put it up against some pressure it's sure to fall flat on it's face.

I remember seeing one on Streetfire. They used an electric model on a Chevy S-10 I believe. Then the crazy bastard squirted NOS into the leaf blower's intake.
C'mon, dudes, just tryin' to lighten things up a bit.
Fuck like I need more speed!
