These folks know how to treat customers right. When I put in my first order for some mufflers, I failed to note the correct billing adress (put it as the mailing adress, oops). A lady from Pipecity called me and confirmed the correct adress and all the sale info within an hour of ordering. She even told me when the package would arrive (from a local distributor). The package arrived before I was told it would be there...brilliant! Perfect experience.

After the 1st experience I ordered some barends, again turnaround was very fast. 3rd experience I bought a PCIII to match the pipes...they had a $15 discount if you bought Yoshimura pipes and power commander in the same order. Well I didn't do that, oh well I thought. Little did I know, a Pipecity representative called me within an hour, confirmed the transaction and custom map to be put on the PCIII, and then informed me that she would give me the $15 discount seeing as I'd recently purchased the qualifying exhaust. It all came right on schedule.

Couldn't have been more pleased with their service!! Great site navigation too!
