This post may answer my own question. I uploaded an avatar yesterday, and checked some previous posts, but it doesn't appear on them. Someone PM'd me about the pic, so obviously they saw it, but I'm not sure where. Maybe it'll be on this post...

I can see it. Clear your cookies. Are you using IE or Firefox?
Nope, still can't see it. I'm using Firefox v. 5.o.

Try IE to see if it shows up, it will rule out a few things.
