On Monday I sent my Quantum/f to the Arai Tech center in PA using UPS ground. (My strap had begun to fray pretty badly)
The helmet came back FRIDAY not only repaired, but they replaced the visor!! Mine had the two vents broken off. I had not told them of this problem, I was just too lazy to remove it. I do not think the visor they replaced it with was new, but it was in much better shaoe than mine (2+ years old with some scratches & gouges)
