When my XX blew it's coolant all over the street on Saturday evening, Honda Rider's Club had the bike towed to the nearest Honda dealership.

Today I learned that the dealership sells Honda ATVs but does not yet carry Honda motorcycles. Worse yet... they work on tons of Honda motorcycles and have the best mechanics in the area. They just aren't yet a motorcycle dealer for Honda.

Therefore... they can't do warranty work on the motorcycles.

Can I submit the bill to Honda for reimbursement or do I have to go there, pick up my bike and take it somewhere else?

Call HRCA and have them tow it. They took it there, not your fault.

That's what Customer Relations told me.

Have HRCA go to the dealership, pick up the bike and take it to a different shop in order to handle the repair. The fact that the fucking bike is 110 miles away and broke down on a Saturday night doesn't mean that it falls under the catagory of an emergency repair performed by a non-authorized dealer.

What a clusterfuck!
