The liner in my KBC was coming apart at the seams. I emailed KBC and got a response within minutes. They mailed me a shipping label and I sent out the liner last Thursday. Yesterday a brand new liner was on my doorstep. Zero cost to me, and was never asked when or where I got the helmet.

That my friends is top notch cutomer service eusa_dance.gif

I agree it's good service... but will you have to do this every few months? What about quality control during the manufacturing process?

The new liner does seem to have better stitching and thicker materials. I'm only going to be using it as a backup and for track days so the new one should last quite a while.

When I emailed them to thank them for their service I told them about us.
