i know this is a blackbird website however you guys have helped me alot when i was rebuilding my bird which will be #1 always, but i need any input anyone has on the suzuki tl1000s. i got a chance to buy one for $2000.00. any help will be highly appriciated

If its in good shape, that sounds like a very good price for a very fun bike.

The 97 is the best year as they're already uncorked. for 2k if it's in any kind of decent condition is worth it.

lots of fun. my 97 was an absolute kick in the ass. wish i hadn't got rid of it. drop a tooth in the front for some real easy wheelies....

suzuki de-tuned 98+....said it was too much power or some other bs....
