Since owning the XX I have tried about every concievable tire configuration. I finally got the perfect set of rubber now.
Front Metzler Sportec M1
Rear Roadtec Z6
Better turn in than Michelins and Dunlops by far, stickier on cold roads, quick warmup. I don't know what kind of mileage, but anything will beat a dunlop cupped at 1500 miles.
