Ever heard of Hagon Shocks? Seem reasonably priced compared to Penske/Ohlins/Wilburs but are they turds?

I know several FJ1200 guys use them, the skinny seems to be that they're on par with Progressive shocks (sub-Penske/Ohlins, but cheaper too).
