I agree. Looks a lot like the purdy black round can that Erion uses. Good pipe.

If you want a small pipe two bros makes a small round one too.
I'm not sure who makes that one.

Could be a CF D&D but likely an Erion.

Two bros only sells dual slipons for the bird now. No full/one side systems anymore. :?

That is an Erion 4-into-1 racing exhaust. I know 'cuz I got one. Nice pipe. I think they may not make them anymore.

looks like an Erion can. I recommend Erion too, especially if you have a BLACKbird. They look and sound sooo good. Of course, I am into the dual slip-on's look, so I have the Erion slip-ons 8)

Thanks Furious
I just got a email from Erion and they recommend the slip on's. That means they no longer make that system. Now it time to email D&D,And thanks to everyone for the help.

OK
I emailed D&D and they said that they have a 4 into 1 exhaust system :gotgas: but the year posted are 99 and up, My Bird is a 97 and they were not sure if it would fit as they said they used a 99 to design the exhaust system on hand. SOooooooo I don't mean to be a pain in the :shakeass: but does anyone know if it's compatable with a 97.-If I had to guess I would say yes, But then I'm not always right.

I think it will fit. The stock header will interchange between the carbed and FI models, but the pipes lign up differently so there is a noticable change between smooth power increase throughout the rpm range with the FI header and higher top end in the carbed header. Might want to have someone else confirm that though.

I had the D&D 4-1 setup on mine for about 3 months. It lined up just as the stocker, the header tubes are a little different, but it all bolts up the same. I got rid of it because it was loud as fizzuck. Not the loud like the Migs I have, up in the high RPMs, that's to be expected. The D&Ds were loud all the time.

It'll work on your bird, but like K9 said, your power delivery will be a bit different. I ran an Akrapovic full system on my bike and the primary header pipes were situated like the 97-98 carbed headers. It had a definate hit and 7K where as the stock FI header is smoother in the midrange.
