Why are there two different number 12's on this fiche? What's the difference? I don't want to order the wrong one.

There are two subframes, one for early models, and one for later models.
Reason.....the tailight was changed, and FI components were packed into the rear of the subframe.

97-98 = 50240-MAT-000
99-03 = 50240-MAT-D50
