I went to start my bike yesterday and the battery was low. I used my battery charger in "start" mode and all power went out. I checke about 30 minutes later and the lights would come back on, but of coures not enought power in the bateery to start the bike. I charged the battery overnite and went to start the bike this morning and it acts as if the battery is weak but the battery charger says it has a full charge.
Any ideas?

I had the same problem with my 900c last fall. The voltage is good so it "tricks" the charger into reading o.k. Your battery is probably weak, meaning it doesn't have the amperage to start the motor.
In other words, time for a new one :sad:

Yep sounds like a bad battery....

or one hell of a short someplace.

I have had that happen before, a couple of plates short out on the inside. the battery still reads 12v no the bench, but doesn't have shit for amps. Stick the multi-meter on the battery and read the voltage while you are trying to crank it... if it instantly drops well below 10v.... the battery is junk.
