Approx how long does it take to complete a fork oil change?
Mithrandir
ABout 30 minutes if you know what you're doing.
BIG BOY
I would have to say, 3-4 days if you don't know what you're doing.

How long would it take if you told us how to do it?
Mithrandir
The quick and simple way -

- Take off guard, brakelines, brakes, wheel
- Crack the bolt in the bottom of the fork holding in the compression piston
- Undo fork cap. No need to take it all the way off
- Undo the bolt in the bottom of the fork (with a big can under it to catch all the oil)
- Pump fork leg up and down about 20 times
- Put back in bolt
- Pour oil in top
- Pump up and down a lot more to remove air from the system
- Put cap back on
- Put wheel, brake, guard and brake lines back on
- Go ride....

Hmm... you make it sound like I could do that.
