Full Version: Tank Bra / Heat / on or off?

It's getting hot again....

... and I was wondering what you folks thought....

LP 1/2 tank bra is mounted on my 2002 XX... my gas tank seems to harbor a lot of heat.

Is it better to leave the bra on, the contain the heat, or tank the bra off to dissapate the heat? which will be cooler on my legs for the commute?

... this of course, for comforts sake

of course i could try it, but thought i'd ask to see if anyone has experimented already

Can anyone comment to the same effect for Bagster? There's one over here in the auctions at a good price, and I'd prefer to leave it on 24/7...

Problems? Thoughts?

Interesting!!!! I have had my LP bra on since new in 98. Never thought of any heat issues. For myself, I don't even notice the bra, unless I have shorts on and my fat inner thigh is sticking to it!!!

No tank bra here... No problems with heat on my '97.
