I just received a first generation speedo healer and was wondering where the speed sensor connector is? Anyone know if you can get to it without tearing the bike apart?

Sensor is on top of the transmission, threads into the engine case, under the fuel tank. Should be able to get to it by removing the tank, and nothing else. Possibly the airbox, on an FI bike. Never worked on one of them.

The connection is in a sleeve that hangs behind the carbs/throttle bodies. You'll be able to access after lifting the tank.
