I do not know if it has been posted before, but I am looking for suggestions on what foods to purchase to start this high protein/low carb plan.

I already have a high diet of chicken (grilled), but what else?

I go to the gym 3-4 days a week. about an hour of weights followed by 20-30 minutes of cardio. I have only lost about 10 pounds since November.

I have gained definition in my arms/chest, but not the weight loss I am looking for.

Weight when started was 202-206 and now I am down to 194-196.

Any recommendations would be great.

I just discovered the Atkins Crunchers snack chips at Albertson's. Quite edible, though pricey. In fact, our Albertson's now has a whole row dedicated to low-carb/low-sugar stuff. Finally.
