We've had numerous comments, so I'm surprised there is nothing here.

Had one split at the bend....was just going to chalk it up to experience when another forum member encouraged me to contact Magknight as he had good results when doing so. I emailed them, and they advised me that the product was guaranteed, to send it back, and they would repair or replace.

I sent the one in question back, as well as another that had come with my '99 XX, and asked if they could look at that one as well. I included a description of the problem, copies of the email advising return, my address and web contact information, and offered to pay for return shipping.

That was in March. I've emailed them once since in inquiry, and have never heard from them. I'm not going to get my panties in a knot over it. I simply will never purchase their product again, and will advise others as to why I won't.

If you purchase a Magknight, or any product from Magknight, do not expect any form of warrantee or customer service.

Bought a brand new one (rather expensive for a piece of vinyl)
and then the damned thing start cracking just as Joe described.

I didn't try to get my money back, but I'll never buy another one.
Alot of folks love 'em, but my impression was that it's an overrated
product, not to mention overpriced.
