I debated getting a 2 chamber....but before pulling the trigger gave some deep thought as to the need to have 2 chemicals at the ready.

I've invested in about $100K in wood upgrades to one of the cabins in the form of a railroad tie wall and stairs, a custom built shed, and a covered deck for the hot tub. Wanting to preserve the life and beauty of these investments I knew it would take some work on my part to keep them nice, newish, and long lasting. I am new to all of this so please - suggestions & direction welcome. After a considerable amount of research I landed on Defy Extreme Wood Stain (semi-transparent) and a Graco Magnum X5 electric sprayer. I have been told that I needed a bit of a tint if I didn't want to have to re-apply annually. A slight tint moves me to a 2-3 year re-application due to the sun blocking of the "tint." Also, since I will be re-applying every 2-3 years I wanted a quality almost commercial type sprayer to make the job that much easier. I plan on power washing with the chemical you see the part of the deck that has been exposed to the sun...not the part that is fully under cover. Deck is 2.5 years old. The shed is 1.5 years old and the wall is 1 year old so not going to power wash that....simply spray the protectant. I've mastered the art of using and cleaning the sprayer - plan on going over behind with a quick roll for an even spread but any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Not giving it away to be re-sold, please. Must be picked up on exactly Sunday, December 16th. 46" Hitachi HD TV with lower stand and surround sound system you see in the photo. Pretty much everything you see with the exception of the cable box....sub woofer can be seen to the left of the TV by the floor. It's on rollers and not that heavy. All remotes in like new condition.
