OrganDonor Posted September 24, 2009 Posted September 24, 2009 Yep. It's called the depression diet. You know... no appetite. Happened with my first divorce, too. Lost about 35 pounds that time. This time I started at my baseline weight of 334 back in August. A week after NEXXXT (9/17) I weighed in at 322. Yesterday (6 days later) I weighed in at 316. At this rate I'm gaining one HP a week. As long as I don't find another victim wife before spring, I might actually hit my target weight of 250, and feel comfortable enough to ride the Bird more again! Quote

So I switched to Yuengling Lite Also cut out my late night snacking before bed.... My goal weight is to be about 175-180 by RACERXX 2010. Come on Ben we can do it together...... Quote

shotsfired Posted September 30, 2009 Posted September 30, 2009 I don't call it a depression diet, I call it being single. Everytime I go away from my boyfriend I lose weight. Eating is social with the SO, take that out of the equation and you lose weight. I'm in FL now and am down 10 lbs in a week and a half. It's great. Enjoy it, just don't forget you need vitamins.
