  1. SOLD! Sold today to an old friend who had an XX 13 years ago... I will still enjoy this Forum in the future, it is a good one for sure.
  2. Nice bike with low mileage. Pretty quiet around here as far as sales go. I think everyone here either has what they need or moved on to a different bike. I've had mine 15 years now. Time to move on.... Good luck with the sale.
  3. The time has come.... Up for sale is my trusted 97' 1100xx with approx. 40,000 miles. I purchased this bike from the original owner in Maryland back in 2000 (with 2000 miles on it). XX is very clean (not weathered) and always garage kept. Excellent maintenance by myself and in general very good condition. Extras include : Yosh RS-3 Carbon fiber slip-ons Stage 1 Dyno Jet carb. kit K&N air filter Corbin Gunfighter - Lady Seat DiD Chain and Sprocket kit Penske 8900 Series "double clicker" rear shock HyperPro front shock springs 2001-R1 voltage regulator / rectifier transplant Powerbronze carbon-fiber rear hugger Goodridge steel-braided brakeline kit (all of them) This bike needs nothing and is ready to ride. Dunlop Sportmax Tires have approx. 2500 miles on them and are more than half tread. Any questions, plese call me at 484-767-4665. Thanks, Great bike after 15 years.... P.S. It has some nicks and scratches, not perfect but nicely weathered. Price is $3000.00
  4. Check out www.ARMSLIST.com There are lots of shooters buying and selling on armslist. You can shop locally and nationwide. People buying, selling and trading all day long. You will find one there. Good luck!
  5. My younger brother bought a Prius a few years ago. He bought it more or less as an experiment and now he really likes it. Very reliable, but I'll take my Grand Marquis any day of the week...
  6. Thanks again GURU 125, I just saw your post. I will need a 99 or later rotor set, axle and spacers for the front. I assume the rear will not have to be changed?
  7. Thanks for the info guys. It may be more of an expense and trouble than I need. However I would really like to set up my 97 with a set of aftermarket wheels. Good prices and condition found here at the forum! If anyone has ROTORS to sell me that will bolt up, I'm in (if in fact my brake calipers will remain the same). Thank you.....
  8. 10-4 on a great set of wheels. I am definitely interested in your set for my 1997xx. Will they fit my bike or will I need different spacers? Please advise and contact me on the P.M.
  9. If the deal with racer12 falls through, I'm on deck.
  10. I sold my Postal Meter M1 Carbine about 8 years ago for $350.00 It was a "BLUE SKY" reimport. It was exported to another country at one time in history and then brought back into the US and stamped BLUE SKY on the barrel. It was fun but got old pretty quick and just took up space. I'll takean AR any day of the week.
  11. Where did you pirchase them from? and how much for a pair?
  12. Hey guys, Looking to buy front brake rotors for a 1997 cbr1100xx. I would prefer aftermarket (EBC, Brake King, Wave Rotor etc.). Don't have to be brand new but the pair must be in good to new condition. Thank you,
  13. Hello fellow riders, Anybody here stumble on or know of deals on front brake rotors. I would like to go with EBC or WaveRotor etc. Maybe someone on the forum is selling a set of front rotors for a 1997 cbr1100xx. Thank you....
